What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order on nestrielle.com. By ordering you agree to them. We sell to consumers in the United States.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The price you see at checkout, including shipping, is the price you pay. We do not add costs that were not visible before you paid.

The contract

Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund that part.

Delivery

We deliver under the shipping policy: $5.95 within the United States, free over $50.00, and 7 to 12 business days in total. That window is an expectation based on the carrier, not a guarantee of a fixed day.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item. How that works is set out in the returns and refunds policy.

Liability

We are liable for loss caused by our failure to meet our obligations, within the limits the law of the United States allows. We never limit rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Complaints

Send a complaint to support@nestrielle.com. We reply on business days, usually within one business day. The law of the State of New York applies to this contract, without affecting the consumer rights you have in your own state.
